Purpose of this policy

This policy describes how personal data is collected and processed on the qualiente.fr website. This policy may be amended or supplemented at any time to comply with legal, regulatory and technical developments.

Data controller

The data controller is responsible for implementing the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure and demonstrate that processing is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

For the purposes of this website, the data controller is Qualiente, a EURL with share capital of 2,526 euros, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 501 780 555 and whose registered office is at 71 avenue de la République, 78500 Sartrouville.

Qualiente is represented by its Founder, Pierre Vélon.

Purpose of the data collected

The qualiente.fr website includes a customer relationship management module. A user's personal data is therefore mainly collected in order to :

  • Create a secure personal space
  • Facilitate communications between Qualiente and the customer.

In addition, personal data is also collected for the following purposes

  • Combat computer fraud (account hacking, spam)
  • Improve site navigation
  • Produce statistics on the use of the tool

Each form limits the collection of personal data to that which is strictly necessary, and specifies whether the personal data requested is mandatory or optional.

Types of data processed

As the data controller, Qualiente may process some or all of the following personal data:

  • Title
  • Last name
  • First name
  • E-mail
  • Cell phone number
  • Address (street number and name, zip code and town)
  • Photo
  • Qualiente newsletter subscription

All this data is collected directly from users following a commercial relationship.

For statistical purposes, Qualiente also uses the date of account creation.

Qualiente also processes personal data as part of its contact form:

  • Company
  • Last name
  • First name
  • E-mail
  • Phone
  • Subject
  • Message

Communication of personal data

A user's personal data will never be passed on to third parties, in particular commercial or advertising actors.

Hosting personal data

Hosting on a dedicated server of the personal data collected as part of this service is subcontracted to 1&1 Ionos, a cloud infrastructure company that complies with the CISPE code of conduct.

The CISPE code of conduct aims to help customers ensure that their cloud infrastructure provider adheres to appropriate personal data protection standards in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. Cloud providers who comply with the provisions of the code of conduct undertake to give customers the choice of storing and processing all their data within the European Economic Area. Providers must also undertake not to access or use their customers' personal data for their own purposes, in particular for data mining, profiling or direct marketing.

Retention period of personal data

Qualiente retains a user's personal data until a request for deletion is made, in accordance with the law.

Contact form data is kept for two years.

Cookies

For statistical purposes, Qualiente uses the Google Analytics service, which deposits information files (cookies) on the user's terminal.

These tracers, which are kept for 13 months, are strictly limited to measuring the site's audience (measuring performance, detecting navigation problems, optimizing technical performance or ergonomics, estimating server power requirements, analyzing content consulted) on behalf of Qualiente, and to producing anonymous statistical data only.

User rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), a user has the following rights:

  • Right of access (article 15 of the RGPD)
  • Right of rectification (article 16 of the RGPD)
  • Right to erase personal data (article 17 of the RGPD)
  • Right to withdraw consent (Article 13 of the GDPR)
  • Right to limit the processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR)
  • Right to object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR)
  • Right to portability of personal data (Article 20 of the RGPD).
